Wonderboot Entertainment (provider: 山口穣之 / Joji Yamaguchi) ("we", "us", or "our") sets forth this Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the mobile application identified above as "BeepRun : 20m Beep Tester" (Japanese listing name: "シャトルラン : スコアを計測記録して体力向上"; the "App"). This Policy applies to that App as listed on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information in order to provide the App.

(1) Account Information

• Email address and user identifier provided through sign-in using a Google or Apple account
• The nickname (display name) set by the user

(2) Profile Information (entered by the user during initial setup)

• Nickname
• Age
• Gender
• Fitness level
• Current number of shuttle runs
• Goal
• Exercise frequency

In addition to being stored on the user's device, this profile information may be transmitted to and stored on our servers and analyzed on a statistical basis for the purpose of improving and enhancing the service (analysis of usage trends, feature improvements, content optimization, etc.). Where possible, such analysis is conducted in a manner that does not directly identify individuals.

(3) Usage Data

• Shuttle run records (count, distance, calories burned, level, mode, date and time)
• In-app progress data such as cumulative EXP and completed quests
• Billing-related information such as subscription purchase/renewal status and purchase history (collected and managed through RevenueCat)

(4) Access to Device Features

• Camera: used to measure the 20m distance via the AR feature.
• Photo library: used when saving or sharing records.
• Microphone: may be used for certain features of the App.

These features are used only with the user's permission. We do not transmit or store camera footage or similar data on our servers.

(5) Automatically Collected Information

• Technical information such as app operation status, crash logs, device type, and OS version (which may be used to fix issues)
• Usage data automatically collected through an analytics tool (PostHog), such as in-app interaction events, screen view history, usage times, identifiers, and device information

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing the App's features (saving, displaying, and managing records and progress)
• User authentication and account management
• Suggesting and personalizing plans and content suited to the user
• Improving service quality, enhancing features, and developing new features through analysis of profile information and usage data
• Maintaining and protecting the service, and responding to issues
• Responding to inquiries

3. Provision to and Outsourcing to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. However, we use the following external services to provide the App and entrust the handling of information to these providers.

• Supabase (database / authentication infrastructure): storage and analysis of account information, profile information, and usage data
• PostHog, Inc. (analytics / product analytics tool): collection and analysis of app usage, interaction events, device information, and similar data
• RevenueCat, Inc. (subscription management infrastructure): management of in-app purchase and subscription status, and collection of purchase information, user identifiers, device information, and similar data
• Google LLC (Google Sign-In): authentication
• Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple): authentication
• Apple App Store / Google Play: payment processing for in-app purchases and subscriptions

The handling of information by each service is governed by that provider's respective privacy policy.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain collected information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, or for the period required by law. Users may request the deletion of their account and related data through operations within the App. When an account is deleted, that user's profile and record data will be deleted.

5. Analytics Tools

The App uses "PostHog," an analytics and product analytics tool provided by PostHog, Inc., in order to understand usage of the service and help improve it. PostHog automatically collects interaction events within the App, device information, and similar data. The collected data is managed in accordance with PostHog's privacy policy. 6. Security Measures

We take necessary and appropriate measures, such as encryption of communications (HTTPS) and access control, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information we collect, and to otherwise manage it safely.

7. Users' Rights

Users may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their own personal information. If you wish to do so, please contact us using the details below.

8. Use by Minors

If a minor uses the App, please use it under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy as necessary. If we make significant changes, we will announce them within the App or on this website.
