Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the mobile application "BeepRun : 20m Beep Tester" (Japanese listing name: "シャトルラン : スコアを計測記録して体力向上"; the "App") provided by Wonderboot Entertainment (provider: 山口穣之 / Joji Yamaguchi) ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users relating to the use of the App.

2. Account

• Users may sign in and use the App using a Google or Apple account.
• Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
• Users may delete their account through operations within the App.

3. Fees and Subscriptions

• The App may include paid subscriptions (auto-renewing charges).
• Fees, billing periods, and other conditions are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
• Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, a subscription will automatically renew and the same amount will be charged.
• Cancellation can be done through the account settings of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the policies of the store used for the purchase (Apple App Store / Google Play). We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.

4. Prohibited Conduct

In using the App, users must not engage in any of the following:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights of us or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering
• Registering false information
• Any other act that we deem inappropriate

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The App is intended for use that involves exercise (shuttle runs). Users shall exercise within reasonable limits in a safe environment after adequately confirming their own health condition. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, accidents, health issues, or other damages arising from exercise.

6. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content or record data.
• Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages incurred by users through use of the App.
• We may temporarily suspend or interrupt the provision of the App due to maintenance, failures, or similar reasons.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the App and its content belong to us or the rightful holders.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms without prior notice to users when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted within the App or on this website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute concerning the App, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
